I remember the moment I knew I couldn't keep going on. My twins were 6 months old. My husband and I had been taking shifts being up throughout the night - my shift was from 8PM to 3AM. And then, I had to wake up in the morning and "try" to be a grounded and calm mother not only to the twins but to our now 3 year old son. One day, I miraculously made it to a yoga class. As I lay in savasana, I woke up to the sound of a snore (mine, that is!), I thought "I can't keep going this way, but I don't have it in me to sleep train".
